Caribou Valley Outfitters is family owned and operates three lodges six miles apart in a pine marten ecological reserve in a remote wilderness area of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Looking for that trophy moose hunt in Newfoundland? As the only Newfoundland outfitting operation in this reserve there is no hunting pressure from local hunters or other outfitters. We only book a total of 7-8 hunters per week between all three lodges which ensures a one on one guide / hunter ratio. At our lodges we have a full time cook who prepares home cooked meals daily. All of our lodges are equipped with modern facilities including full washrooms with showers, and hot & cold running water. We have many other amenities which include warm, clean sleeping quarters, generated electricity, satellite telephone and more.

Our hunt success rate is consistently near 100% for Newfoundland caribou hunts and 90% for Newfoundland moose hunting. We also take a number of bear hunts each season. Many record book animals are taken in this region as the Boone & Crocket records attest. Our hunts are all remote fly in and packages can be tailored to fit your needs.
